This agricultural festival is celebrated thrice a year. THe first one is celebrated during Chaitra Navratri(March-April), second one, shravan Harela , in rainy season(July) and the third one, during Sharad Navratri(September).During this festival, farmers make clay idols of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati and celebrate the wedding of the two deities. During Shravan Harela farmers sow seeds for a good harvest.
