Welcome to CultureTravel.in! By using our website or booking any property through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Role & Scope

CultureTravel.in is a discovery and booking platform that connects travelers with unique, offbeat stays across India. We do not own, operate, or manage the listed properties. Each stay is independently owned and is either managed by the respective host or the official management team of a resort.

Our role is to curate stays based on vibe, facilitate bookings, showcase video previews, and enable a secure payment experience between guest and host or resort management.

2. Property Information & Accuracy

All information about stays, including videos, images, pricing, and amenities, is provided by the hosts. While we take steps to verify accuracy at the time of listing, there may be minor seasonal or host-specific changes.

CultureTravel is not responsible for any mismatch in expectations due to changes in host-provided details post-booking.

3. Bookings, Payment & Confirmation

At checkout, customers have the option to either pay 100% of the total stay amount upfront or choose to pay 50% through our payment gateway and the remaining 50% directly to the host at check-in.

All bookings are subject to availability as per the host. In rare cases where a confirmed booking becomes unavailable, we will attempt to arrange a similar alternate stay or issue a full refund.

Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation will be shared instantly via email.

4. Host Policies & Guest Admission

Each host has the right to set their own admission policies. These may include restrictions related to:

  • Local ID holders
  • Unmarried couples
  • Group size or composition
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption
  • Pet access and pet-friendly provisions

Guests are expected to confirm such policies in advance. CultureTravel is not liable for denied check-in due to non-compliance with the host’s policies.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate booking and guest information.
  • At least one guest must be 18+ and carry valid government-issued ID.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and must settle such charges directly with the host.

6. Add-On Services & Local Payments

Any additional services such as meals, transport, activities, or festive surcharges must be paid to the host directly. These are not included in the CultureTravel booking unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellation, Modifications & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary per property and are clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Users are advised to review these terms carefully before payment. CultureTravel will honor the cancellation policy set by each host.

8. Liability & Limitations

CultureTravel is not liable for service delivery, stay experience, property conditions, or any incident that occurs during a stay.

We are not responsible for personal loss, damage, delays, or injuries arising during the stay.

Force majeure events (natural calamities, pandemics, travel bans, etc.) are outside our control and may affect booking fulfillment.

9. Disputes & Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, users agree to attempt resolution with our support team first. Failing which, legal jurisdiction will lie with the appropriate courts in Rajasthan, India.
